Atún fresco en filetes gruesos.

Maceración:
aceite de oliva, orégano, sal, pimienta, sillao y mostaza

Salsa agridulce:
ajos, kion, sillau, pimienta y miel de abejas.

Directions:
Directions:
Macerar los filetes de atún por un par de horas.
Luego cocinarlos a la parrilla por unos cinco minutos.

Colocarlos en la fuente y bańarlos con la salsa agridulce. Echarle encima ajonjolí tostado. Servir.

Salsa agridulce:
Dorar los ajos y el kion en mantequilla. Agregar sillao, pimienta y miel de abejas. Cocinar y espesar, si fuera necesario, con maicena diluida
