Pescado cortado en laminas,
ají limo en tiritas,
kión cortado en tiritas muy delgadas,
ajo molido,
chives o cebolla china en larguitos,
sillao,
ajonjolí tostado
aceite de oliva,
aceite de ajonjolí

Directions:
Directions:
Colocar el pescado en una fuente, pintarlo con un poquito del ajo molido, agregar el kión y cebolla china o chives. Rocearle sillao, jugo de limon y espolvorear con ajonjolí tostado.

Aparte, en una ollita, colocar el aceite de oliva y el aceite de ajonjolí. Ponerlo a calentar sin que hierva. Echarlo bien caliente y casi humeando sobre el pescado. Servir.
