1 pkg. lemon cake mix 1 pkg. small instant lemon pudding 1/2 cup oil 1 cup water 4 eggs Lemon glaze: 4 tbls. lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar
Mix ingredients together and put in greased loaf pans. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350º. This receipe makes 5 mini loaves or 2 large loaf pans. When cake is cool make a lemon glaze. 4 tbls. lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Glaze the top of the loaves. This receipe freezes well and I make a double batch.
