Pescado en laminas
langostinos cocidos o calamares
ají limo picadito,cebolla china picadita
jugo de limón
pasta de ají
aceite de oliva
ajo
culantro
sal y pimiente

Directions:
Directions:
Colocar el pescado en laminas en una fuente. Agregarle el ají limo picadito, los langostinos o calamares, cebolla china y rocearlo con el jugo de limón.

Aparte licuar la pasta de aji con el aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, ajo,y culantro. Verter sobre la fuente de pescado.

Pasta de ají :
Quitar las semillas y venas de los ajíes. Poner a hervir con vinagre, agua y azucar. Licuar.
