1/2 c. heavy sour cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened thick applesauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped raisins

Directions:
Mix sour cream, sugar and applesauce. Sift dry ingredients and to mixture. Add raisins and nuts. Pour in
to well greased bread pan. Bake 1 hour at 350º
