1 diced medium onion.
1Ib of hamburger OR turkey burger.
2 8 oz can of tomato sauce OR 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 14.5 oz can of petite diced tomatos.
1 14.5 oz can of Kidney beans or Pinto beans.
1 package of McCormicks "HOT" chili Mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions (green pepper, if wanted) in a little oil. add hamburger to brown. Add everything else and simmer for 20 minutes.
