1/2 lb. bacon (diced)
1 c. diced celery
1 med. onion (diced)
1/2 - 1 green pepper
1 c. wild rice
1 can mushroom soup
Pimento to color accent
Seasoned salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice well and place in boiling salted water. Boil about 20 minutes. Fry bacon crisp and pour off excess grease - leave enough to saute onion, celery and pepper. Add when bacon is nearly done. Add rice along with remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole dish, adding water to cover if necessary. Bake one hour at 325º or bake 25 minutes in the microwave.
