8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 graham cracker pie crust
Fruit topping, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and mix well. Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving. Top with fruit, if desired just prior to serving.
