1 1/3 C. shortening
1 C. sugar
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 C. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 C. chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients; then mix in last 3 ingredients.
When mixed together add the chocolate chips. Drop on cookie
sheets and bake in 375 oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on
racks or wax paper.
