2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
4 slices bread, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise
Sugar
Cinnamon
Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in bowl. Beat well, soak slices of bread. Brown bread in frying pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with maple syrup.
