1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)

Frosting
1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
3 to 4 tbsp pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together 1/2 cup margarine and 1 cup sugar. Beat well, add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla. Sift together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp soda, and 1/4 tsp salt. Add to above and beat well. Add 1 cup pineapple (drained). Drop by tsp onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes. Remove immediately from pan and let cool.

Frosting
Mix all 3 ingredients and frost.
