Ingredients:  
2 cups rice
4 cups water
2 envelopes dried onion soup mix
chickens pieces (breast, drums thighs, etc.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan put rice, water, soup mix and chicken pieces. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Take off foil and spread soup over the top. Put back in oven for 15 minutes uncovered. ENJOY!
