8 eggs (beat for a couple of minutes with mixer) 2 C. Sugar 2 Tbslp. Flour 1/2 gal. Whole milk 1 can Evaporated Milk vanilla
Add sugar to beaten eggs. Beat again. Add flour and 3/4 of the milk. Cook on low until hot (not boiling) Take off heat and add rest of milk. Stir and let cool When ready to freeze add 1 can evaporated milk and 1Tblsp. Vanilla
