1 egg
3/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup and little more Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt, pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tin or 1 tin (according to personal taste) of Millionaire anchovies including oil

Blend until well mixed, pour into glass jar.

This Caesar salad recipe is very nice when you want the taste of "fine dining" as the anchovies add that more exotic taste.
