16 oz. halibut fillets (sliced in half)
4 1 0z. slices of cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. of bread crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 sour cream (light)
1/2 cup diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
1- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion to make a sauce.
2- Purchase 1 inch thick halibut fillets. Place fish in 13"x 9" x 2" pan or large casserole dish. Cover bottom with fillet, then place half the sauce on the fillet. Place another layer of fillet, then cover with remaining sauce.
3- Top fish with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
4- Place in a preheated oven 350º F. for 30 minutes.
