1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger, allspice
mix dry ingredients together and add
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
optional 1 c. walnuts

Directions:

350 Bake 1 hour
Mix dry ingredients together and add remainder of ingredients. Mix well.
Grease and flour loaf pans.
Test to make sure completely baked after 1 hour of baking. Top should not be sticky.
Remove from pans and cool. Freezes well.
