In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the taco seasoning mix. Peel and chop the avocados and in a medium bowl combine them with the Cajun seasoning, lime juice and garlic. In a 12-by-8-by-2-inch dish place the following layers, in this order: refried beans, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, green chiles, olives, green onions, salsa and grated cheese. Serve the dip with corn chips of your choice.
