1/2 c. butter
1 small onion
1 green pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernal corn
1 box jiffy corn mix
Sour Cream
grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, minced up onion and chopped green pepper until tender. Mix all corn and jiffy mix together. Combine both mixtures in dutch oven pan. Top with sour cream and grated cheese. Bake at 350 until firm...about 1-1.5 hours
