1 lb. Mushrooms
1 T. Butter
1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
2 green onions (cut into 1" pieces)
1/4 c. Wine (Zinfandel or White)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cleaner, trim and halve mushrooms. Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and green onions and saute for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, wine and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with a loose fitting lid and cook until liquid has evaporated. When liquid has evaporated, remove lid and brown mushrooms slightly. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over steak.
