2 c flour 2 eggs 1/2 c milk Mix and knead into a smooth ball.
2 med. potatoes,cubed Heat 2 tbsp. butter or margerine in a pot. Add 1 sliced onion. Add 2 1/2 c water and salt to taste. Add cubed potatoes and bring to a boil. Keeping liquid on a low boil add the dough in small pieces by cutting with a small knife. Cut the noodle right in to the pot of boiling salted water. Add 1 c or 11/2 c cream and stir. Cook over medium heat until done, stirring occasionally.
