2 T. Dark Soy Sauce
1 T. Light Soy Sauce
4 T. Sugar
1 Bunch Scallions (white and green parts. Chopped)
1 Piece of Fresh Ginger (about 2" long. Peeled and grated)
6 Cloves Garlic
2 T. Rice Wine (cooking style)
5 T. Sesame Oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Use to marinade 2 lb. of thinly sliced beef tenderloin. Marinade beef for 1 hour prior to cooking. Then heat some oil in a large frying pan and sear about 1 minute per side. You may also use a small Korean BBQ at the table for a more authentic flare.
