4 lbs of ground chuck or ground round
2-3 c of Progresso breadcrumbs
3 tsp high quality garlic powder
3 jumbo eggs
3-4 tbps Worcestershire sauce
2 yellow onions finely chopped
2 green peppers finely chopped
1 red bell pepper finely chopped
1 tbsp Lawrey's seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a huge bowl. Roll into loaf form. Place on a large aluminum 3 inch high baking pan that has been lined with foil. Bake at 350º with foil covering for 45 minutes. Remove foil covering and cook another 30 minutes.
