1 c. Mayonnaise
4 t. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 t. Sugar
2 t. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 t. Wasabi Paste
12 oz Tuna Steak (cut into 1" cubes)
10 Bamboo Skewers (8" long. Soaked in water)

In a bowl stir together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Transfer 2/3 c. of this mayonnaise mixture to a small bowl and stir in wasabi paste. Chill this mixture covered for 1 to 24 hours. Stir tuna in the remaining 1/3 c. of mayonnaise mixture and marinade covered and chilled for the same length of time (1-24 hours). When ready to eat, prepare grill, tread tuna cubes on skewers and grill on an oiled rack until just cooked through (2-3 minutes on each side). Serve tuna kabobs with the chilled wasabi mayonnaise. Tossed green salad and French bread go well with this dish.
