12 Oysters (As many as you like)
1/2 Stick butter
2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
1/2 Lemon
2 oz. Blue Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In foil cup cake wrappers place one oyster. Add a dollop of butter, some garlic, a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle with blue cheese. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and starting to brown, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
