Using hands, mix hamburger and ground pork, salt and pepper and onions. Add eggs and cream with tomato juice as last ingredient. If needed, work meat and all ingredients with hands and add few cracker crumbs. Place meatloaf into a long baking dish and firming with your hands until length is about 9 inches long and about 6 inches wide. Pat on top to make smooth. Pour tomato juice over top of meatloaf until you have about 1/4 in. juice in pan. Add just a small amount of water to juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Then spoon grease from top of remaining juice after removing meatloaf, add a little more tomato juice. Make a paste of flour & water and use in juice for gravy.
