2 c flour
1/4 c. white sugar
1 heavping T. baking powder
2/3 c. butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. frozen raspberries or blueberries

Mix first three ingrdients. Cut up butter and add to flour mix.
(Like a pie crust). Mix eggs, cream and vanilla. Add to flour
mixture until just combined. (Do not overmix).

Add your frozen fruit gently and quickly. Try to keep the
berries whole. Roll out gently and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Brush with egg white or cream on the top.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
