2 tbsp. Butter
1 Clove Garlic
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
1 qt. Heavy Cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c. grated Ramano Cheese
Pinch of Gorgonzola Cheese
1 lb Boneless / Skinless Chicken
1 1/2 c. Zeta Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare zeta noodles as directed, set aside.Melt butter, and garlic in sauce pan, add heavy cream, sour cream and cheeses and let simmer. Boil chicken until tender, cut in strips and season to taste in Cajun seasoning, Mix noodles in alfredo sauce. Place chicken on top or can be mixed in.

* Substitute chicken with Shrimp if desired.
