4-6 Boneless / Skinless Chicken Breast
1 c. Italian Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
1 8oz pkg. Onion Chives Cream Cheese
4-6 slices of cooked Ham (sandwich type)
4-6 slices Swiss or Colby Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and remove any excess fat, Place 1 at a time in a plastic bag and flatten using a meat mallet. Place one slice of ham on each breast and spread with cream cheese. Roll each breast and secure with a toothpick. Slightly beat eggs in a bowl, dip breast in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Place on a non-stick baking pan and cover with a slice of cheese. Bake @ 350º for 30-35 minutes.
