6-7 large green bell peppers
1 lb ground sirloin
1 c rice (Uncle Ben's)
1/2 c chopped onions
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp mint
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
1 8oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef drain and set aside.
In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients except for tomato sauce. Add ground beef and about 2 tbsp of tomato sauce - mix well.
Wash bell peppers, cut off tops and seed. Fill each bell pepper with mix, place in a large stockpot and replace tops. Drizzle remaing tomato sauce over covered bell peppers. Fill empty can of tomato sauce with water and pour into pot. Continue until water level is approximately 3/4 full to the cut part of the top of the bell pepper.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for appx 1 hour (keeping lid on pot to retain steam inside)
