1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c milk
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand. Using your bare hands is fun and has the best results!!

Roll into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
Place meatballs in a large of pot of sauce and simmer for about 3 hours.

Or you can bake the meatballs in a 350 oven for appx 40 minutes.
