Masa de hojaldre (Phyllo)
3 tazas de espinaca sancochada, bien escurrida y
picada fino
1 cebolla blanca picada en cuadraditos finos
4 cucharadas de mayonesa
Queso feta picado en cuadraditos (1/2 taza
aproximadamente)
Queso mantecoso blanco rayado (1 1/2 taza
aproximadamente)
1/2 taza queso cottage
Sal y pimienta
1 cucharadita de ajo fresco molido
Mantequilla

Directions:
Directions:
Saltear la cebolla con mantequilla y ajo; condimentar con sal y pimienta. Mezclar la espinaca con la cebolla y agregarle los quesos y la mayonesa. Rectificar sazón.

Dividir la masa hojaldre en dos. Forrar un molde rectangular grande con la mitad de la masa. Rellenar con la mezcla de la espinaca y tapar con la masa sobrante. Pintar encima con mantequilla derretida.

Hornear a 350° F por unos 35 minutos o hasta que la masa se cocine y dore. Dejar enfriar unos 15 minutos y servir.
