Ramitos pequenos de brócoli entero crudo sin tallos
tocino frito picado, crocante y escurrida la grasa
cebolla roja cortada en cuadrados finos y pasada por agua hirviendo en colador
pasas negras
semillas de girasol sin sal
1 taza de mayonesa
2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
1/3 taza de líquido de azúcar rubia

Mezclar el brócoli, con el tocino, las pasas y las semillas de girasol.

Poner en un recipiente chico el azúcar rubia con un poquito de agua, sólo para que se pueda disolver el azúcar. Llevarlo al microondas por unos segundos.

Preparar el alino uniendo la mayonesa, el vinagre de manzana y el liquido del azúcar.

Echarle la cantidad de alino según el gusto y refrigerar por 24 horas.
