1 1/2 libra de papas rojas pequeñas sancochadas y cortadas en cuatro con cascara
1 taza de rabanitos cortados en rodajas delgadas
1/2 taza cebolla china picada en trocitos (sólo parte verde)
1 taza de mayonesa
2 cucharadas mostaza dijon
1 1/2 cucharadita de dill seco
sal y pimienta al gusto

Directions:
Directions:
Praparar un alino con la mayonesa, mostaza y dill.

Mezclar la papa con el rabanito y la cebollita china. Incorporar el alino y rectificar la sal y pimienta. Refrigerar por 24 horas y servir.
