1 lb. Pork Loin (cut cross wise into 1 inch slices)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
2 T. Butter

6 T. Raspberry Preserves
2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 t. Horseradish
1/2 t. Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork in butter 3-4 minutes per side (DO NOT OVER COOK). Sprinkle cayenne to taste (prior to sautéing). In a separate sauce pan combine remaining ingredients, simmer over low heat 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh raspberries or kiwi.
