1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/2 cup brown sugar
chicken breast tenders, boneless chicken breasts, in two inch strips, or sirloin steak in two inch chunks

Mix ingredients well. Pour over skewered chicken or sirloin chunks. Marinate over night and grill the next day.
