l lb lean ground beef
1/2 sleeve crushed saltine crackers
1 large egg
salt and pepper
1 med yellow onion, diced
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
Catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients except catsup in a mixing bowl. Mix with your hands, being careful not to overmix or handle too much. Place mixture in loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Stripe the top with a good quality catsup and bake for one hour.
