1/2 c. oil
1 cup honey
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp skim milk powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp mace
1/4 tbsp cloves
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c raisins (optional)
3/4 whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
In the large bowl blend together oil and honey until creamy. Add peanut butter, continue to beat until mixture is blended. Beat in eggs, milk powder, salt and spices. With a wooden spoon, stir in oatmeal, raisins and whole wheat flour, blend thoroughly. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
