1 large can of red kidney beans 1 medium white onion finely chopped 1 to 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (until desired thickness)
Mash beans with liquid. Add onions and microwave or cook in saucepan until onion is opaque. Add cheese and continue to cook until melted and desired consistency. Very easy recipe but so much tastier and healthier then the premade canned type. Experiment with different beans like half red kidney beans and half baked beans.
