5-6 Cubed Steaks, Olive Oil, 4 cloves sliced garlic, warm water, salt and ground pepper.
1/2 to 1 lb prepared buttered pasta

Directions:
In heavy fry pan add 1/4 inch Olive Oil.... heat to very hot. Salt and heavily pepper the cubed steaks and add them to the hot pan. Brown fast on both sides, then add the garlic, and let the garlic brown slightly. Add approximate. 1 c warm water, add a little more salt and pepper. Let sauce cook a couple minutes and it's done.
Serve with buttered Spaghetti or noodles. (The secret to this recipe is not to over cook the steak. Let it be pink inside).
