12 oz zucchini;
1 large onion, chopped;
1 cup grated cheese;
1 cup self-raising flour;
5 eggs;
.25 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ends from zucchini and grate coarsely.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into a well-greased 9x11 pan.
Bake in a moderate oven, 30-40 minutes, until brown and set,
Cut into squares.
Serve hot, cold or room temperature.
