1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 stick butter
1 pkg freshly grated Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
black pepper

Directions:

Melt butter over medium heat. Once butter is melted add heavy whipping cream and cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted. Add garlic powder and black pepper to taste. Serve over pasta.
