1 lb Sausage
1 tsp salt
6 eggs
8 oz. Grated mild cheddar cheese
6-8 slices bread (cubed, no crust)
1 tsp dry mustard
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and milk. Add all other ingredients and blend together. Refrigerate overnight in a buttered 2 quart casserole, covered. Take out next morning and let sit for hour. Bake at 350 for 1 hour; leave covered first 45 minutes, uncovered last 15 minutes.
