1 lb ground beef
can water
1 (10 -oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup minute rice
1 (10 -oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
cup celery, chopped
Onion (diced) to taste
1 can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add both cans of soup and half can water. Add 1 cup rice and celery and onion. Mix all together and slowly bring to a boil. Then add all to casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Then add chow mein noodles on top and bake for 5 minutes more.
