4-5 yams diced and cooked
1/2-1 cup coconut
1/4-1/2 cup maple syrup
3-4 Tbls milk
1-2 Tbls butter
Pecans (optional)

Directions:
Again, this is a recipe that I do not measure the ingredients. So, I tried my best to give you accurate amounts. The ingredients are all so yummy, how can you mess it up?

Mash yams with butter, maple syrup and milk. Add 1 Tbls of milk at a time just to make sure it will not get too soupy. Add coconut and stir. Place in a baking dish. Top with pecans and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
