1 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 lbs ground beef
2-3 Tbls chili powder
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
2 6oz tomato paste
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 bag of Fritos
Shredded cheddar cheese
hot sauce to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef, onion, pepper and celery. Add all other ingredients except chips and cheese. Serve over corn chips and top with cheese. Or, it can be served over lettuce, topped with cheese and served with chips on the side.

My mom prepared this when I was young. I thought it was so cool to be able to eat Fritos with dinner!
