3/4 c. margarine
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
raisins (optional)
chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugars, egg, and water. Add salt, baking soda, vanilla and flour. Mix in oatmeal. Add nuts and raisins, if desired. Drop cookies onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
