1/2 c. Burgundy Wine
1/4 c. Oil
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Teriyaki Sauce
1 T. Paprika
1/3 c. Vinegar
3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
1 T. dried parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together and marinade meat over night. Cook over charcoal fire basting with marinade.
