1 Medium Onion
3 T. Butter
1/2 lb. Ground Beef
3/4 t. Salt
1/8 t. Pepper
6 c. Coarsely Chopped Cabbage (1 head)
1 can Tomato Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper and heat until slightly brown. Spread about 3 c. cabbage in a casserole dish, cover with the meat mixture, then cover meat with remaining cabbage. Spread the tomato soup from the can over the top of the cabbage. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
