3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c salad oil
2 oz unsweetened chocolate (liquid packets are great)
1 tsp vanilla
2 c shredded zucchini
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup nuts - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into food processor (I add zucchini first.) and mix for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into 2 loaf pans or a bundt pan that have been greased.
Bake 350º for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes and turn onto rack.
