1 c. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 c. Sake (Dry White Wine)
1 c. Raw Washed Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Slices Ginger
2 Green Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce sets thick (about 1 hour). Take out ginger and green onions and store in refrigerator.

I use ginger and garlic from jars. 1/2 t. ginger and 1 t. garlic. I also leave it in the sauce when I put it in the bottle.
